Harry Potter Magic Awakened: Unlocking Quidditch
If you’re playing Harry Potter Magic Awakened, you’re probably eager to engage in a thrilling game of Quidditch. However, unlocking Quidditch might not be as straightforward as you think. In this guide, we’ll show you how to unlock Quidditch and start playing this exciting sport.
Note: Before you can play Quidditch with friends, make sure you know how to add them in Harry Potter Magic Awakened.
Quidditch: A Different Approach
Like many players, I assumed that Quidditch would unlock naturally through a story mission in Harry Potter Magic Awakened. However, after completing all the year one story missions, I was disheartened to find out that Quidditch was still unavailable.
I spent nearly six hours grinding through the year one story missions, skipping dialogue and cutscenes, and still, Quidditch didn’t unlock.
Based on insights from MsMunchkin’s YouTube video, who had the opportunity to play the game’s beta version, it seems that Quidditch is not tied to particular story missions. Instead, it functions as a class similar to Charms and Defense Against the Dark Arts. However, there’s a key difference—Quidditch can only be played on specific days.
Unlocking Quidditch: The Time Factor
While there might be a few story missions related to Quidditch, it seems that the sport is primarily available on certain days of the week. Although the exact days can vary, it’s worth trying the Quidditch pitch on weekends—Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
Additionally, there’s a chance that Quidditch might open on other random days, such as Wednesdays, Fridays, or Mondays. To stay updated, make sure to log in each day and see if Quidditch is available to you.
Playing Quidditch and Beyond
Remember, you don’t need to unlock Quidditch in Harry Potter Magic Awakened. Instead, you just need to be patient and wait for it to become available. Once it is, you’ll go through a tutorial that will guide you through the gameplay. In the meantime, you can explore how to change your broom in the game.
