Recent earnings presentation by EA suggests that Dragon Age: Dreadwolf might make an appearance before April 2025. Despite not confirming an official release date, EA teased that more information regarding the timing will be disclosed in the future.
Dragon Age: Dreadwolf could be released this fiscal year
During EA’s earnings presentation, a slide showcased upcoming game releases for the current financial year. Among them was an undisclosed “owned IP title” that insider Jeff Grubb later confirmed to be Dragon Age: Dreadwolf. While the release quarter remains unspecified, EA plans to unveil more details about the launch timing soon.
While some may worry about the game being labeled as “unannounced,” EA has previously followed this approach. An instance from two years ago involved an earnings presentation mentioning a “Remake” that had not been disclosed publicly yet. Despite initial skepticism due to the Dead Space Remake announcement months prior, EA swiftly confirmed the release date for the game.
In terms of upcoming game releases for the current financial year, EA Sports F1 24 is expected on May 31. Subsequently, titles like EA Sports College Football 25, EA Sports Madden NFL 25, and EA Sports FC 25 are slated for a release between July 1 and September 30. Lastly, EA Sports NHL 25 is anticipated between October 1 and December 31.
As for the mystery surrounding an undisclosed “partner title” set to launch in the first quarter of 2025, speculations point towards the latest project from Hazelight Studios. More details on this are anticipated in the near future.
