How to Obtain Knotroot

When exploring caves, keep an eye out for roots that are twisted into knots – this is Knotroot. While hitting it with a Common Forest Axe will only yield regular wood, breaking it with an Uncommon Forest Axe or higher rarity is necessary to obtain Knotroot Rods. You may also need to build or activate “Player Fly Mode” to reach Knotroot on the ceiling.
