Similar to World Bosses, tackling Realmwalkers demands a team effort with players of appropriate levels and builds to emerge victorious.
As Realmwalkers progress, they reach ritual sites where they create Hatred Spires that must be promptly destroyed to prevent them from gaining strength.
Defeating a Realmwalker opens a portal to the Seething Realm
When a Realmwalker is vanquished, a portal to the Seething Realm is unlocked. This special dungeon offers players the opportunity to battle through enemies and acquire powerful Seething Opal Elixirs. These elixirs provide a range of benefits, including experience boosts and other valuable bonuses.
Types of Seething Opals and Rewards
The Seething Opals found in the Seething Realm come in various types, each offering unique advantages. From Equipment and Gold to Materials, Socketables, and Torment, players can choose the rewards that best suit their gameplay preferences.

Realmwalkers spawn in different regions on the map every 15 minutes, with their locations changing periodically. Additionally, DLC players can expect an additional Realmwalker to appear in Nahantu every hour.
