If you’ve been immersed in the world of Cat Quest or are considering diving in, there’s some exciting news on the horizon. The developers over at ‘The Gentlebros’ announced back in September that a physical Switch collection is in the works.
Just like the digital version, Cat Quest: The Fur-tastic Trilogy will feature all three installments – Cat Quest, Cat Quest II, and Cat Quest III – on a single game cartridge. But that’s not all; this physical edition also includes an exclusive vinyl sticker and a digital art book.
According to the official description from Nintendo:
“Cat Quest: The Fur-tastic Trilogy contains three meow-nificent catventures in the Cat Quest Universe: Cat Quest, Cat Quest II, and Cat Quest III!
“Cat Quest’s loot-fueled cat-venture is as beautifully crafted as its combat and magic are ultra-satisfying. Universally adored by critics, it’ll have you purring with joy! Embark on a grand adventure in pursuit of the evil Drakoth and your catnapped sister! Explore Felingard’s vast overworld map, risk life and limb delving into dungeons for epic loot, and lend a paw to a furry cast of characters in a flurry of side quests.”
The physical copy of this trilogy is already up for pre-order on platforms like Amazon and is set to launch this month, as indicated by the listings. The digital version on the Switch eShop is currently priced at $39.99 USD (or its equivalent in your region) and is available for purchase now.
Back in August of this year, Cat Quest III made its debut on the Switch and received an impressive rating of nine out of ten stars from us.
