For those unfamiliar with finishing moves, they can be executed when a player successfully sneaks up behind an enemy. However, it comes with a risk as the player is vulnerable during the animation, creating a balance between risk and reward.
Past examples of absurd finishing moves in CoD include the Cheech & Chong DLC, where characters blow weed smoke through their guns, and the King Kong DLC pack that involves punching enemies into the sun. These quirky store bundles are a unique aspect of the game that Activision plans to continue for the sake of entertainment.
While the Brightmare DLC is not yet available, fans have already uncovered details from the files. Upon release, players can expect the stunning finishing move, along with the Brightrider skin and the Dreadhorn weapon blueprint for the AS VAL assault rifle. Additional items in the DLC include the “Saddle Up” spray and the “Rainbows and Unicorns” emote.
