New League of Legends Tier 3 Boots: What You Need to Know
For the longest time, summoners only had access to Tier 1 and 2 boots. However, the latest update now introduces the Tier 3 variants with Noxus-themed designs. To obtain these new boots, players must fulfill special conditions. Here’s a breakdown of the Tier 3 boots and how to acquire them.
Feats of Strength
Only one team can upgrade their boots to Tier 3 by completing the Feats of Strength. These feats are based on securing specific objectives in the game, including First Blood, First Tower, and defeating three Epic Jungle Monsters. Winning the Feats of Strength allows players to upgrade their boots to one of the following options:
- Triumphant Berserker’s Greaves: +5% Attack Speed
- Triumphant Ionian Boots of Lucidity: +5 Haste
- Triumphant Sorcerer’s Shoes: +4 Magic Penetration
- Triumphant Plated Steelcaps: +5 Armor
- Triumphant Mercury’s Treads: +5 Magic Resistance
- Triumphant Boots of Swiftness: +5 Movement Speed
- Triumphant Synchronized Souls: +5 Movement Speed
Players can only obtain the Tier 3 boots after winning the Feats of Strength and owning at least two Legendary items.

New Atakhan Epic Monster in League of Legends
League of Legends’ Season 1 Act 1 will introduce Atakhan as a new Epic Monster that spawns on the 20-minute mark. Baron Nashor’s spawn will now move to 25 minutes. Atakhan provides a permanent buff after being killed and will only spawn once. Here’s everything you need to know about Atakhan.
Two Forms: Ruinous and Voracious
Atakhan can spawn in either his Ruinous or Voracious form, each offering different buffs to the team. Players can expect enhanced Epic Monster rewards or an instant rebirth buff based on Atakhan’s form. Additionally, killing Atakhan may lead to the spawn of Blood Petals and Blood Roses, providing unique benefits in the game.
Note: Blood Roses introduce a new plant type that grants EXP and stacking Adaptive Force buff when collected.
