Next Xbox Games Coming to PS5 Leaked by Insider

A pair of beloved Xbox exclusive titles are reportedly making their way to the PS5 later this year, as revealed by industry insider NateDrake. These games have a strong following among Xbox players, with one of them even being considered as the platform’s mascot.

Halo: The Master Chief Collection and Flight Simulator 2024 the next Xbox games coming to PS5

During the Nate The Hate Podcast, NateDrake shared his insights on more Xbox games going multiplatform in 2025. He specified that this expansion goes beyond the anticipated releases like Doom: The Dark Ages and The Outer Worlds 2.

“So, games that I have heard will be released multiplatform in 2025 beyond the obvious include Flight Simulator; will come to PlayStation 5 and Switch 2. And Halo: The Master Chief Collection will be coming to PS5 and Switch 2 as well,” Nate Drake revealed.

He further mentioned some speculative information that has not been officially confirmed yet. If the rumored Gears of War Collection does exist, NateDrake believes it will be a day one release for PS5. This suggests a trend where Xbox games are expected to eventually make their way to the PS5, whether on launch day or through staggered releases, depending on the title.

While these are still rumors and should be taken with caution, NateDrake has a track record of reliable information in the past, lending some credibility to these claims.

The possibility of Halo appearing on a PlayStation platform has been the subject of speculation for some time. Former Xbox executive Peter Moore hinted at ongoing discussions about a potential PlayStation port of Halo. Other insiders have suggested that Master Chief might find his way to PlayStation, possibly through a new remaster of the iconic first installment.

There were also previous rumors about Microsoft Flight Simulator making its debut on the PS5.
