VCT EMEA Stage 1 2025: What to Expect
The upcoming VCT EMEA Stage 1 2025 tournament will see the return of all 12 EMEA International League teams as they compete for a chance to secure spots at Masters Toronto. Additionally, by the end of Stage 1, the third and fourth teams qualifying for Champions Paris from the EMEA region may also be determined.
The event is scheduled to run from March 26th to May 11th at the Riot Games Arena in Berlin, featuring a live audience. A short break will occur before the playoffs begin.
VCT EMEA Stage 1 2025 Groups and Format
- Group Alpha: Team Vitality, Apeks, Natus Vincere, GIANTX, Fnatic, and Team Heretics
- Group Omega: Team Liquid, KOI, Karmine Corp, Gentle Mates, BBL Esports, and FUT Esports
Just like in the Americas and Pacific leagues, the teams in EMEA Stage 1 will be split into two equal groups—Alpha and Omega. The Group Stage will follow a round-robin format, leading into a double-elimination playoffs. The top three teams from Stage 1 will secure spots at Masters Toronto.
Schedule and Tickets for VCT EMEA Stage 1 2025
The Group Stage of VCT EMEA Stage 1 is set to take place from March 26th to April 25th, with opening matchups already announced. The Playoffs will kick off on May 8th, with the Grand Final scheduled for May 11th.
Tickets for the event are available for purchase. However, Riot will not have a live audience on Wednesdays during the Regular Season. Fans can catch all the action on VCT EMEA’s Twitch and YouTube channels.
