What Can You Do With Bond Fragments in Fire Emblem Engage?
In Fire Emblem Engage, you can use Bond Fragments in a variety of different scenarios, with each use providing various benefits and perks for your playthrough.
The first way in which you can use your accumulated Bond Fragments is by creating Bond Rings at the Ring Chamber in Somniel. Bond Fragments can be used to create Bond Rings, which will give your units a boost in stats, operating as an alternative equipable item to Emblem Rings.
In Fire Emblem Engage, the option of creating a Bond Ring will cost you 100 Bond Fragments, or 1000 Bond Fragments to create 10 Bond Rings.
While you can create Bond Rings at the Ring Chamber, you can also use your Bond Fragments to meld Bond Rings together.
Melding Bond Rings will provide an even better stat boost to the units they are equipped to and can be created by fusing multiple copies of a Bond Ring at the cost of some of your Bond Fragments.
The cost for melding rings depends on the Bond Ring Rank, which is listed below for convenience:
- Rank C to Rank B: 100 Bond Fragments
- Rank B to Rank A: 1000 Bond Fragments
- Rank A to Rank S: 10,000 Bond Fragments
The third option of use for your Bond Fragments is spending them on Emblem Training at the Training Arena in Somniel.
Emblem Training will let you select one of your units to go up against an Emblem of your choice in a mock battle.
This battle increases your unit’s Bond Level with the Emblem, with your Bond Level increasing depending on how many Bond Fragments you choose to spend.
The last thing you can choose to spend your Bond Fragments on in Fire Emblem Engage is engraving your weapons.
Engraving weapons is an option available at the Smithy in Somniel, where you can use Bond Fragments to boost the powers of your weapons.
The amount of Bond Fragments that Engraving will cost you depends on the level of power the weapon holds. There will be multiple choices to select from when Engraving a weapon, each providing boosts in different stats.
