As your factory in Arknights: Endfield grows, that default 200 power starts feeling cramped fast. You can keep dropping new lines and modules, sure, but the Automation Core won’t carry everything on its back. Most facilities draw power, and sooner rather than later you’ll need a proper energy solution to keep production moving.
Here’s how to increase total power output in Arknights: Endfield so your factory doesn’t stall.

To push your factory’s total output beyond the default, you need a Thermal Bank. This facility converts resources into energy and feeds your grid. You’re not raising the base number itself; you’re supplementing it with Thermal Banks so everything stays powered.
You’ll first need the build recipe. Unlock the “Power 1” node in the AIC Factory Plan menu — it sits in the Basic AIC 2 tier, which opens up once you use the Basic Expansion Core awarded at the end of the main quest “Paving the Way.” After that, you can construct a Thermal Bank for 10 origocrusts and 10 amethyst parts.
A Thermal Bank only works if you supply it with either originium ores or LC valley batteries. If it’s not getting one of those inputs, it shuts down and your factory’s total output drops back to the base value.
The energy gain depends on the fuel: originium ores add 50 power to the grid, while LC valley batteries add 220 — more than double the base by themselves.
If you’re short on batteries, you can craft them in the Packaging Unit after unlocking the “Packaging Tech” node in Basic AIC 2. One LC valley battery costs five amethyst parts and 10 units of originium powder.
