FFXIV housing lottery schedule for January 2026
If you’re aiming for a house in Final Fantasy 14, you’ll be working with the lottery system.
The FFXIV lottery runs on a simple cadence: five days of an entry period, followed by four days of a results period. You put your bid in during the entry window; if your ticket hits, you need to finalize the purchase during the results window. Miss that pickup and the plot goes back up for grabs—and you lose 50% of your deposit. Not fun.

Here’s how the month breaks down:
- Dec. 30 until Jan. 4: Entry period
- Jan. 4–8: Results period
- Jan. 8–13: Entry period
- Jan. 13–17: Results period
- Jan. 17–22: Entry period
- Jan. 22–26: Results period
- Jan. 26–31: Entry period
- Jan. 31 until Feb. 4: Results period
Period changes happen at server reset. Here are the reset times by region:
- 7 a.m. PST for the west coast of North America
- 10 a.m. EST for the east coast of North America
- 12 p.m. BRT for Brazil
- 3 p.m. GMT for the U.K.
- 4 p.m. CET for western Europe
- The following day at 12 a.m. JST for Japan
- The following day at 2 a.m. AEDT for Australia’s east coast
