Arknights: Endfield aketine locations and how to farm infinite aketine
In Arknights: Endfield, aketine is a gatherable used to craft Industrial Explosives — the same charges a main story quest will ask you to build. Those explosives crack open blocked paths you can’t otherwise cross, but raw aketine can feel surprisingly scarce at first.
The good news: once you pick up a single plant, your base can quietly turn that into an endless aketine supply.
Below is where to find aketine and how to set up a simple, self-sustaining aketine farm using your AIC.
Where to find aketine in Arknights: Endfield
You’ll find aketine growing in Valley Pass along the Abandoned Trail on Talos-2. It’s a spiky little plant, and there are a handful of nodes scattered along the route.

Keep an eye out for enemies posted near some of these nodes — there are a few trouble spots along the path. You can always loop back later to harvest more, or skip the return trips and build yourself a tiny aketine factory back at base.
How to make more aketine in Arknights: Endfield
To start farming, you’ll need the Basic AIC II tree unlocked. That comes after completing the early story quest “Paving the Way.” Finishing it grants the item that opens this row of the AIC skill tree.
From there, unlock the Planting node in the Processing section using a Basic AIC Index — the same tokens you get for popping those wacky arm inflatables around the map. This enables two key modules: Seed-Picking Units and Planting Units.
How it works is simple: a Seed-Picking Unit turns a single plant into two seeds, and a Planting Unit turns those seeds back into crops. One plant becomes two seeds, which become two plants, which become four seeds… you get the idea. With one aketine as your starter, you can scale to effectively infinite plants.

Simple loop: Seed-Picking feeds Planting, and the output circles back to double up.
Lay it out however you like. In practice, you’ll probably want part of your aketine output feeding straight into processing. For Industrial Explosives, hook a Planting Unit’s output to a Shredding Unit to make aketine powder, then route that into a Packaging Unit to finish the craft. Clean, hands-off, and your stock never runs dry — factories are great.
