Vienna, Austria-based esports organization Wave Esports announced a commercial partnership with computer and video games accessories maker Logitech. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
In addition to an undisclosed “monetary sponsorship,” the organization said in its announcement Friday that Logitech will assist with bootcamps and other content-based projects in 2021, and will also supply its players with “high-end gaming gear.”
Wave was founded in the summer of 2019 with a focus on competing in Fortnite, and recently formed a team to compete in Valorant. Wave competes all over Europe, with a focus on German-speaking regions.
