Esports Engine Hires Former Gfinity Exec as Head of UK Production Operations – The Esports Observer

Vindex-owned esports operations company Esports Engine announced Wednesday that it has hired Paul Kent as its new head of UK production operations. Kent will “oversee the production operations and delivery of Esports Engine’s European expansion rollout,” according to a release.

Kent left London-based esports company Gfinity in March after spending more than eight years as director of esports and esports technology, helping the company build out studios, programs, online tournaments, and related technology.

Kent joins former colleague Martin Wyatt, who left Gfinity and his position as global head of strategic partnerships to join Esports Engine as its head of UK program operations in September of last year.
