Tribes of Midgard — Guides and features hub

Tribes of Midgard is part-ARPG, part-survival game, part-tower defense, and part-roguelite, all wrapped up in a package that’s better suited for online co-op play. It has vibrant visuals and engaging mechanics. However, the pacing can be a little off especially when you’re playing solo.

You might be wondering just how long you can protect the world tree, Yggdrasil, as it’s assailed from all sides by Helthings and Jotnar. To top it all off, you’d need to collect materials in the wild while discovering new areas just to progress.  You’ll surely have your work cut out for you now that Ragnarok is upon us. In any case, here’s our Tribes of Midgard guides and features hub to help you in your runs.

Tribes of Midgard – Guides and features hub

Beginner’s guide – You’re a Viking who can’t swim or climb ledges. Worse, Yggdrasil and your village will often need your aid. Here’s our beginner’s guide to help you out with some crafting basics, survival tips, and exploration tidbits.

Class skills and unlock requirements – Two classes in Tribes of Midgard are available from the start. You’ll unlock the rest by completing specific tasks while playing Saga Mode. So, which class is right for you and which ones are better suited for co-op games?

Jotnar battles guide – These giants are out to destroy the world tree, but you’ll have a headstart before they reach it. Eliminate them to obtain unique rewards that can be used to craft legendary items.

Fragments, quests, and events – You can pick up a few quests and encounter certain random events from time to time. You’ll also need to acquire different kinds of fragments to progress through a particular stage in the main quest.

Fenrir boss guide – Speaking of the main quest, Season 1 of Saga Mode in Tribes of Midgard pits you against the gargantuan wolf, Fenrir. There are multiple tasks and, eventually, you’ll fight this beast in its lair.
