Yesterday, Feral Interactive announced that the new Company of Heroes ($13.99) Tales of Valor expansion will release on November 18th for iOS and Android. Tales of Valor follows the Opposing Fronts expansion that arrived as an in app purchase on mobile. If you’ve not tried Company of Heroes out on mobile yet, it debuted on the platform through an iPad conversion before it hit both iPhone (as a universal update) and Android a bit later. One aspect of the game that many have been wondering if multiplayer would ever make its to Company of Heroes on mobile. Today, Feral Interactive revealed in a Tweet that it is aiming to release Company of Heroes multiplayer next year.
Hopefully we get some information on how multiplayer on iOS and Android in Company of Heroes will work and whether it will support cross platform play. As of now, Company of Heroes: Tales of Valor will be available as an in app purchase within the base game for $3.99 on Thursday alongside a game update.
