WoW Classic WotLK is fast approaching Phase 3, which will offer a much-needed reprieve after the difficulties of Ulduar.
For those looking beyond the Algalon and Hard Mode grinds, here’s what to expect from WoW Classic WotLK Phase 3 including its potential release date, Trial of the Crusader raid, and all the other new content coming up.
When WotLK Will Phase 3 Release?
The WoW Classic WotLK Phase 3 release date should be expected in mid to late April based on the current trajectory and the previous schedule for its original launch.
This gives players the time they need to clear hard mode difficulties and get ready for the next steps while still keeping player interest relatively intact. It’s important to note, however, that Ulduar and ICC are the main raids that players could need extra time to conquer. This is especially true with bosses like the hard mode 25-man XT-002 Deconstructor which was considered numerically impossible until a round of nerfs earlier in this phase. With this in mind, Blizzard extending phase 2 to be longer than both phase 1 and phase 3 could make sense as well.
