Where to get fuses in Dead Island 2
Fuse boxes are littered throughout each area in Dead Island 2. While you won’t be able to use them right away, luckily, each fuse box that you find is marked on your map. This makes it a lot easier when you do find fuses to come back and secure the loot hidden behind each fuse box.
The only way to get fuses in Dead Island 2 is to buy them from traders. One fuse costs $1,500 cash. While this is a steep price to pay, the rewards behind each fuse box are worth it.
As you progress through the story of Dead Island 2, you’ll meet traders. You can buy fuses from Carlos after the mission where you need to defend Emma’s mansion from zombies. Dougie is another trader who is found in the Lotusville building at Ocean Avenue. Ezekiel is another option. He is found at the Santa Monica Pier and is accessible after the Boardwalking Dead mission.
There are a few other traders as well — Kai found at Venice Beach, Todd found at Hollywood Boulevard, and many more. If you’re struggling to find a trader, just continue forward with the story and you’ll inevitably run into traders that will sell you fuses. Just be sure to be collecting weapons to sell and any loose piles of cash along the way.
