Some Breath of the Wild players may remember Hetsu, the giant Korok who dances and grants you more inventory space. He hasn’t gone anywhere for The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, you just have to find him all over again, and again, and again. If you haven’t found his first location, we’ve got you covered. Here’s where to find Hetsu in Tears of the Kingdom.
Finding Hetsu’s location in Tears of the Kingdom
Hetsu is in Hyrule Ridge, right just outside of where the Lindor’s Brow Skyview Tower is.
When you find him, he appears to be crying and cowering in fear. If you speak to him, he says something about ‘the trees’. It even starts a sidequest.
By now you’ve probably played this game long enough and been jumpscared at least once to know what that means. Yes, those trees in front of you are the fake, monstrous kind. Two of them, to be precise. You’ll have to defeat both.
Once you do, Hetsu calms down enough to talk to you. He explains the seeds in his maracas are all gone, and he needs more to do his dance. Unless you’ve been giving the Koroks the same treatment Twitter users are right now, you probably have a few saved up to give him. Now he can expand your weapon, bow, or shield slots exactly twice before he moves on.

Make your choice carefully and stick by it, assuming you have the necessary Korok seeds. You’ll have to find him all over again once you make it.
Now enjoy watching the dancing cutscene again, or don’t if you decide to skip it. Either way, you can now carry more stuff and can keep a look out for Hetsu as you go along.
