Developers have given gamers a chance to play Diablo 4 a few days before the official release date, but there’s a catch. This early access is only available to those who have pre-ordered the Deluxe or Ultimate edition. If you’re one of those lucky few, we’ve got you covered. Here’s a step-by-step guide to preloading and playing Diablo IV effortlessly, and below we have mentioned the important dates and times you need to know.

How to Play Diablo 4 Early Access (Preload Xbox, PC, PS)

Before getting started, ensure that you have enough space on your device to download the game. PC users will need approximately 90 GB while console users will require between 73 to 78 GB.

  • Preloading Diablo 4 on PC
    • Visit Battle.net
    • Click on the All Games section under Games
    • Type Diablo IV in the search bar
    • Click on the dropdown menu under Game Version, select the Diablo 4 option, and start downloading the game.
  • Preloading Diablo 4 on Xbox
    • Access the Xbox Store on your console.
    • If you haven’t already, pre-order Diablo IV.
    • Click on the Download to Console option to download the game.
  • Preloading Diablo 4 on PS4 & PS5
    • Access the PlayStation Store on your console.
