GTA 5 took 10 years to introduce this feature and we’re so pleased it’s finally here

Rockstar releases new update for GTA 5 featuring an alternate sprint control option

Great news, Los Santos residents! The long-awaited update for GTA 5 is finally here, and this time it is bringing a major change in its sprint control options. Now, you can easily toggle the sprint control option to “hold to sprint” in the settings, removing the need for players to click the action button repeatedly to sprint. Hooray!

The update also features additional changes, such as the ability to claim all destroyed vehicles at once on your Mors Mutual Insurance report and adding custom garage description tags to easily locate your favorite cars. Additionally, the update includes enhancements inspired by direct feedback from the community, including quicker access to snacks via the weapon wheel and the ability to launch sell missions in invite-only sessions.

According to Rockstar, “These, and many experience improvements inspired by direct feedback from the community like easy-to-access snacks right from the Weapon Wheel and the ability to launch sell missions in invite-only sessions, are on top of the numerous enhancements made since the launch of GTA Online on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.”

The update also brings in new features, such as the introduction of the Career Builder, the roving Gun Van, a 50-car multi-floor garage, new License Plate Creator, and Taxi Work. Moreover, the update has included ray-traced reflections, making it easier for players to rise through the criminal ranks in the game. (TheGamer)
