The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Guide: Finding the Abandoned Hebra Mine
If you’re playing The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom and are searching for the Abandoned Hebra Mine, we’ve got you covered. In this guide, we’ll show you how to locate this hidden mine in the game.
Tears of the Kingdom – How to Locate the Abandoned Hebra Mine
Within the Depths of The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, you’ll come across various mines that offer valuable rewards and challenging enemies. However, finding these mines can be a challenge in itself. One such mine is the Abandoned Hebra Mine, which is surrounded by towering walls, forming an underground island.
Follow these steps to find the Abandoned Hebra Mine:
- In your overworld travels, make your way to Rito Village. It can be found on the island west of Lucky Clover Gazette, south of Hebra Mountains, and north of the Tabantha Frontier.
- Locate and activate Gatakis Shrine. It’s nestled at the base of the rock formation on which Rito Village is built.
- Head southeast from the shrine’s entrance, passing through some trees. You’ll eventually reach a ledge where a camp has been set up.
- Take a leap and use your paraglider to descend to the lower side of the ledge, leading you into a small cave opening.
- Once inside the cave, drop down into the Rito Village Chasm.
- In the Depths, you’ll find the Abandoned Hebra Mine directly in front of you.
To make future travels to the Abandoned Hebra Mine easier, it’s recommended to activate the nearby Sikatag Lightroot before dropping into the Rito Village Chasm so you can fast travel there.
Once you know where to look, accessing the Abandoned Hebra Mine is straightforward. However, be prepared for a potential boss encounter with Master Kohga. If you haven’t already, it’s advisable to clear the Spirit Temple first. If you need help defeating the Spirit Temple boss, refer to our separate guide.
