Diablo 4’s Rare Items: A Guide to Finding Them
If you’re feeling lost when it comes to obtaining some of the rarest items in Diablo 4, you’re not alone. To help out players, Diablo 4’s lead class designer Adam Jackson took to Twitter to provide some valuable information about these sought-after items.
While cautioning that these items are “realllly rare”, Jackson explained that there are currently six unique items in the game that fall into this category. These items include Andariel’s Visage, Doombringer, Harlequin Crest, Melted Heart of Selig, Ring of Starless Skies, and The Grandfather. Notably, they will always drop at 820 item power.
In terms of where to find these rare items, Jackson confirmed that they can be obtained “anywhere you can get a regular Unique” and they have a chance to drop from level 85+ enemies.
Blizzard’s general manager of Diablo, Rod Fergusson, recently revealed an important detail about Diablo 4’s upcoming battle pass. It turns out that players will need to create a brand new character in order to participate in the battle pass. Unfortunately, pre-existing characters won’t be able to access the new content, so players must start anew with a fresh character. Fergusson made this announcement on Twitter, stating that “to take part in the seasonal questline, mechanics, season journey and battle pass, you will need to create a new seasonal character”.
In our Diablo 4 review, we highlighted the game’s move towards an open world as one of its most exciting features. The open world of Sanctuary is filled with intrigue and danger, perfectly complementing the game’s macabre aesthetic and innovative design.
Finally, Blizzard has confirmed that the DDoS attacks that disrupted its games and website over the weekend are now resolved. All Blizzard games and Battle.net are functioning normally once again.
