The much-anticipated Pokémon World Championships is set to kick off in Yokohama next month, taking place from 8th to 14th August. As excitement builds, The Pokémon Company has started unveiling some exclusive merchandise that lucky attendees will have the chance to pick up.
Today, The Pokémon Company took to Twitter to offer a sneak peek at a range of figures that will be exclusively available at the Pokémon Centre Worlds Store during the event. The collection features Pikachu, Sprigatito, Fuecoco, and Quaxly, each depicted preparing a delicious snack. Except for Pikachu, who simply looks delighted to be there.
Warning: TOO CUTE to handle 🥺😍🥹

As mentioned in the tweet, these figures will be exclusively available at the World Championships, making them even more coveted. However, it’s important not to get too attached just yet, as they may be difficult to acquire.
But don’t worry if you can’t attend the event in person, as The Pokémon Company has some good news. Last week, they announced that a code for a free Gastrodon, modeled after the one used by last year’s championship winner Eduardo Cunha, will be revealed during the World Championship broadcast. Players can redeem this code to add the Pokémon to their teams in Scarlet and Violet.
Additionally, there will be a virtual glimmering Charizard EX card available in Pokémon TCG Live. This means that even those unable to attend the World Championships can still get their hands on some exciting goodies.
