In the world of Remnant 2, tough decisions must be made. Alongside puzzles and boss fights, your choices can lead to tragic consequences. One such moment arises in the Ravager’s Lair, where you must decide whether to kill the Doe or the Ravager. There is also a third option: reviving the Doe. Each decision offers different rewards, so let us guide you towards making the right choice. Discover whether you should kill the Doe or save it in Remnant 2.
Should You Kill The Doe Or Revive It in Remnant 2?
What Happens if I Kill the Doe?
Killing the Doe is the easiest option out of all three as it is already injured after its fight with the Ravager. Since the Doe is defenseless, it will take you a few shots to kill it in Remnant 2. Call it cruel or putting an animal out of its misery, shooting the Doe will also help you avoid the grueling battle with the Ravager. Doing so will also give you the “Was This Supposed To Happen?” achievement for getting a World Boss’s Alternate Reward. If you are using the Solo Archetype, then you will also get the “Only Human” for killing a boss without taking any damage.
Save the Doe (Outcome & Rewards)
You will also have an option of reviving the Doe in Remnant 2. You can do so by spending your Relic to heal the animal. The Doe will then attack the Ravager with its antlers and leave the area immediately thereafter. However, the furious Ravager will now put its focus on you. So, you must be prepared for this boss fight. After beating the Ravager, here are the rewards you will receive:
- Trait Point
- Crimson Membrane
- Doe’s Antler (to make the Red Doe Staff)
Kill the Ravager (Outcome & Rewards)
Finally, you can also attack the Ravager directly in Remnant 2. However, doing so will result in Doe’s death. Luckily, you can receive the best loot if you choose this decision:
