Cyberpunk 2077: A Guide to the Talent Academy Side Job
In the dystopian world of Cyberpunk 2077, players are constantly faced with challenging choices that test their morality and ethical beliefs. One such choice arises in the Talent Academy side job. How will you navigate this dilemma?
A Simple Side Job
Please note that the Talent Academy side job is exclusive to the Phantom Liberty DLC and can only be accessed after completing The Damned job. Once you’ve arrived at the marked location on your map, Mr. Hands will contact you to discuss the job.
Head to Mr. Hands’ contact for a briefing and to receive your alias. When you reach the main room after the reception, you’ll find an elevator guarded by two individuals under the ‘Draft 2077’ wall. The easiest way to reach the lower level is to bypass the guards and call the elevator. This will, however, trigger the guards, so be prepared.
Once you’re on the lower level, follow the quest guide on your minimap to Fiona’s Office. Expect to encounter numerous guards along the way, so make sure to equip your preferred weapon. Quick hacks that blind or paralyze can be particularly useful to alleviate the pressure. Alternatively, you can try to bypass the guards by following the path indicated on your minimap.
Upon reaching Fiona’s Office, you’ll notice a child going through drawers. Speak to him to find out why he’s there before attempting to steal the data. However, before you can complete the data download, Fiona will interrupt you, leading to a final choice.
Fiona’s Offer
After your conversation with Fiona, she presents you with an offer. She suggests a “controlled leak” that would protect her main clients and provide you with some data. The choice to accept or decline this offer is up to you.
It’s important to note that there are no in-game consequences for choosing one option over the other. You will receive the same rewards regardless of your decision. The only difference is that declining the offer may result in facing more guards during an assault, but dealing with them shouldn’t pose a problem. Ultimately, this choice exists purely for roleplaying purposes. What will you decide?
