Audio
- We have received reports of intermittent audio issues across the dashboard, games, and apps. If you’ve encountered these problems, ensure that you have the latest firmware updates for your TV and other equipment. If you’re unsure, reach out to the manufacturer for assistance.
- Note: If you’re still experiencing issues after updating your firmware, please submit feedback via Report a Problem immediately, selecting the “Reproduce with advanced diagnostics” option, and then choosing the categories “Console experiences” and “Console Audio Output Issues.” Provide as much information as possible:
- When did the issue start?
- Did you lose audio in the game/app only, or system-wide?
- Did changing the audio format resolve the issue? If so, what was the old and new format?
- Does restarting the console fix the issue?
- What is your setup like? Please include equipment details and layout.
- Any additional information that can help us reproduce the problem.
