There is a high demand for news about the potential successor to the Nintendo Switch. With little information coming from Nintendo, fans have been left to speculate about the design, gameplay, and release date of the new console. However, a recent revelation from Digital Trends may shed some light on the release date.
In the past, GameShark was known for creating cheat code cartridges for various video games. However, the company has since rebranded as “AI Shark,” offering software-agnostic programs for personalized hints and gaming assistance. Surprisingly, in a press release, they mentioned the launch of AI Shark to coincide with the release of the Nintendo Switch 2 in September 2024.
It’s important to note that Nintendo has not officially confirmed this release window, and there are reasons to be skeptical about the claim. According to Bloomberg’s Jason Schreier, AI Shark’s prediction of the Switch 2 release date is speculative. Nevertheless, the statement in the press release is unexpected, and it will be interesting to see how Nintendo responds, if they address it at all.
