Exciting News on Wakerunners, the Latest Game from Mintrocket!

Mintrocket, the developer behind the popular Dave the Diver, is back with their latest game, Wakerunners. While it’s being developed by a different internal team, the pedigree of Mintrocket’s previous success is still evident.

In 2022, the game was softly revealed as Project TB, and it’s described as a 4v4 and 5vr top-down competitive action game set in a post-apocalyptic world. Players will navigate the arena using acceleration and deceleration, engaging in fast-paced, close-quarters combat. The ability to swap characters mid-battle adds an extra layer of strategy to the game.

Excitingly, a demo of Wakerunners will be available during the next Steam Next Fest, featuring five different modes and seven playable characters. As of now, the game is confirmed for PC only.
