Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League Gets Playable Joker In Season 1 This March

Developer Rocksteady Studios reveals free Seasonal Content for Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League

Rocksteady Studios has announced the release of free seasonal content following the launch of Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League on February 2. Season 1 is set to begin in March and will feature the iconic DC villain, The Joker, as a new playable character in the game.

It is important to note that the version of The Joker in this game is different from the Mark Hamill-voiced character in the Batman: Arkham series. The storyline involves Brainiac attempting to merge various Elseworlds, resulting in The Joker’s inclusion as a member of the Suicide Squad in this version of the multiverse. According to Rocksteady, The Joker’s playstyle is characterized as fast and dynamic, requiring players to maintain constant movement.

Below is a video teaser showcasing The Joker in Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League, offering a glimpse of other villainous appearances and locations, such as a Gotham City Police Department floating in space surrounded by flowing lava and a frozen locale, potentially teasing the appearance of Mr. Freeze.

Additionally, players can expect a new playable environment within a chemical factory-turned-funhouse created by The Joker, along with new boss fights and enemy variants, including new versions of Green Lantern and Superman, as indicated in Rocksteady’s Season 1 teaser.

Other Season 1 additions will feature new DC villain-themed weapons and gear, Riddler content, activities and strongholds, and two new episodes of narrative content centered on Two-Face and Scarecrow.
