Dragon’s Dogma 2: How to Duplicate Items
Are you finding Dragon’s Dogma 2 to be frustrating due to a lack of essential materials and resources? Well, there’s a solution – you can actually duplicate items in the game! This feature becomes available early on in your playthrough, so here’s how you can take advantage of it.
Players will unlock the ability to duplicate items in Dragon’s Dogma 2 once they reach Checkpoint Rest Town on the western side of the map. Checkpoint Rest Town is located west of Harve Village. Once you arrive at the town, you will need to find Ibrahim, a character who is somewhat hidden but essential for this process.
Once you locate Ibrahim, he will explain that he is skilled at forgery. This forgery mechanic in the game allows you to duplicate items. To start duplicating items, visit Ibrahim’s shop in Checkpoint Rest Town. Select the forgery option and choose the item you wish to duplicate. It will take a few in-game days for the forgery process to complete, so rest up and return to check on the status at Ibrahim’s shop. If enough time has passed, your item will be duplicated!
It’s important to note that you can only forge one item at a time. If you try to forge another item while one is already in progress, Ibrahim will inform you that he needs time to complete his masterpiece. This means you’ll have to return later to initiate the duplication process for another item.
Having the ability to duplicate items in Dragon’s Dogma 2 is incredibly helpful, especially considering the game’s limited fast travel and crafting materials. Ibrahim’s forgery services will make your gameplay experience much more enjoyable. For example, by duplicating Ferrystones, you can increase your ability to fast travel across the map more frequently.
