Continuing its reign over the PS Store Downloads chart for March 2024, Helldivers 2 maintains its position despite the release of several new AAA games during the month.
PS5 and PS4 March 2024 PS Store top downloads
Helldivers 2 secured the top spot in the PS5 downloads chart in North America and Europe, solidifying its status as a potential blockbuster for 2024. Despite strong competition from new releases, Dragon’s Dogma 2 managed to hold its ground and secured the third spot in both regions.
Other notable new releases that entered the PS5 sales chart include Rise of the Ronin at #9 in North America and #5 in Europe, The Outlast Trials at #14 in North America and #12 in Europe, and South Park: Snow Day! at #15 in North America and #20 in Europe. Planet Zoo also made its mark, charting at #15 in Europe, although it did not crack the top 20 in North America.
Several other new games managed to make an impact in both charts. MLB The Show 24 grabbed the second spot on PS5 and fourth spot on PS4 in North America, while failing to chart in Europe. WWE 2K24 secured the fourth spot on PS5 and twelfth spot on PS4 in North America, and sixth spot on PS5 in Europe. Despite facing challenges, Star Wars Battlefront Classic Collection charted at #6 on PS5 and #16 on PS4 in North America, and #8 on PS5 in Europe.
Finally, S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Prypiat stood out as the only new PS4-only release to make it into the chart, landing at #16 in Europe. These are the top PlayStation Store downloads for PS5 and PS4 for March 2024:
