How to Complete the Secret Compassion Task in Gray Zone Warfare
Remember how our medical supplies were mysteriously disappearing and Gunny tasked us to unveil the one responsible? Well, it turns out the Lab Rat was the one behind the supplies’ disappearance, albeit with an altruistic motive behind it. You see, she was providing medical supplies to the local civilians, and, of course, you will now help her despite this being objectively reckless. Oh well, give me those supplies, doc.
Note: don’t forget about equipping the supply boxes. Check your in-game message inbox, retrieve them, and then carry them with you.
There are three locations which are farmhouses that you will have to visit to leave Lab Rat’s supplies. Since each Faction’s coordinates are different, check out the coordinates for each of the farms you need to visit that align with your Faction choice.

Regardless of your Faction – mainly because all three Faction territory layouts are identical – you will notice that all three locations are pretty spread out across the city. Be sure to use your Landing Zones in an attempt to traverse through them without breaking a sweat.
Once you arrive at these farmhouses, you will find the boxes you need to place the supplies into. All you need to do is interact with them and your job will be completed. Just be cautious since you can encounter mild resistance across these farmhouses. This ultimately depends on whether other players have shot them down before you do or not, but bringing a weapon, ammo, and medical supplies will prevent any tragedy from happening.
Get those medical supplies on those boxes and the Secret Compassion task will end. Don’t worry if you are killed and you drop one or multiple supply boxes while traversing through the area. You can either return to your body or just purchase the supply boxes from Lab Rat. Once you return to the Main Base, you will receive the following items as rewards:
- 3x Melox medicine.
- 4,100 USD.
- 400x Experience.
- 100x Lab Rat Reputation.
