Pac-Man getting the Picross treatment in Namco Legendary Edition for Switch

Picross S: Namco Legendary Edition Coming to Nintendo Switch

The beloved grid-filling puzzle series, Picross, is making a return to the Nintendo Switch this month with a retro-themed collaboration. Developer Jupiter has teamed up with Bandai Namco to release Picross S: Namco Legendary Edition on 30th May.

Similar to the previous Picross S: Mega Drive & Master System Edition from 2021, Namco Legendary Edition brings Picross puzzle action to players. In this game, players use number clues to fill in squares on a grid and reveal a complete picture. This time, the collaboration delves into Namco’s classic arcade titles for retro-game theming.

The game will feature 30 Namco titles across a total of 585 puzzles. Players can expect to see iconic titles like Pac-Man, Dig Dug, Galaga, Xevious, Rolling Thunder, and Splatterhouse among others.

The game will be available on the Nintendo Switch’s eShop on 30th May, priced at £9.89/€10.99/10.99 USD. For those eager to see the full list of retro Namco titles featured in the game, refer to the list below:
