Capcom’s Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess Gets Release Date

Capcom’s Japanese folklore action tower defense game Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess now has a release date.

As announced at tonight’s Summer Game Fest, the game will be launching on July 19th this year.

The news was accompanied by a new “Soh” trailer, offering a fresh look at the gameplay.

The game was initially unveiled at last year’s Xbox Game Showcase, and gameplay was showcased earlier this year at the Xbox Partner Direct.

Soh is the protagonist who, during the day, explores villages in action-packed gameplay and, at night, defends against invading evil spirits.

The game draws heavy inspiration from Japanese folklore and boasts stunning visuals.

Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess is now available for pre-order and will be released on PlayStation 4 and PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC, as well as being available on Game Pass from day one.
