Sony’s Screen Gems and PlayStation Studios have joined forces to bring Supermassive Games’ Until Dawn to the big screen. The production teams recently unveiled a portion of the cast for the highly anticipated film, introducing four key actors.
Who’s a part of the Until Dawn cast?
Deadline reported on Friday that Ella Rubin, Odessa A’zion, Ji-young Yoo, and Michael Cimino have all been selected to star in Sony’s cinematic adaptation of Until Dawn. While the specific roles of these actors have not been disclosed yet, fans are excited to see them in action.
Rubin is recognized for her role as Izzy in Amazon Prime’s The Idea of You, alongside Anne Hathaway. A’zion may also be familiar to Prime viewers as Corinne from the romantic comedy film Sitting in Bars with Cake. Yoo has received a Gotham TV Award nomination for her performance as Mercy Cho in Amazon’s Expats. Lastly, Cimino is most notably known for portraying the lead character in Hulu’s teen drama series Love, Victor.

The Until Dawn film adaptation from Sony is set to be directed by David F. Sandberg, known for his work on horror films like Lights Out and Annabelle: Creation, as well as the Shazam! movies in the DC Cinematic Universe. The screenplay for Until Dawn has been penned by Gary Dauberman, taking over from Blair Butler.
