The PlayStation trophy list for Beyond Good & Evil 20th Anniversary Edition has been leaked online, hinting at the possible remaster of the beloved Gamecube, PS2, and OG Xbox classic in the near future.
Discovered by VGC, the achievement tracking website Exophase currently showcases the trophy list for Beyond Good & Evil 20th Anniversary Edition, and as of now, it remains available. The trophy list includes artwork, a title, and a description for each achievement, strongly suggesting that the list is most likely authentic.
With a total of 35 trophies – 16 bronze, 15 silver, three gold, and a Platinum trophy earned by collecting them all – the list offers a good combination of main story progression, optional challenges, and some entertaining easter eggs for players to uncover.
While Ubisoft has not yet provided a comment on the leaked trophy list, it aligns with the Xbox achievements list that surfaced on Exophase last November, along with a brief appearance of an Xbox store page that was promptly removed.
Back then, Ubisoft surprisingly acknowledged the existence of Beyond Good & Evil 20th Anniversary Edition. On November 29, 2023, the publisher’s official X / Twitter account expressed excitement about sharing more details about this special edition soon. The tweet featured an image of protagonist Jade with the remaster’s logo, complete with the ‘A Ubisoft Original’ stamp.
It appears that ‘soon’ may be just around the corner, especially now that both the Xbox achievements and PS5 trophy lists are circulating. While many fans of the series are eager for updates on the elusive sequel Beyond Good & Evil 2, it is reassuring to see Ubisoft’s attention to the franchise with this upcoming remaster.
