To defeat Undying Thrall in the Pale Heart, you need to locate an orange pool nearby to break its shield before dealing damage. The orange pool may be challenging to find as it can spawn anywhere in the Pale Heart region.

If you’re having trouble finding the orange pool, look for an orange beam emanating from a nearby floating pyramid. Follow the light to locate the orange pool, typically surrounded by numerous Taken enemies. Remember, you must be standing on the pool to inflict any damage on the Thrall, so try to lure it into the pool’s vicinity.

Patience and Persistence

Dealing with Undying Thrall can be tricky due to its tendency to spawn far from the orange pool and reluctance to follow you there. However, exercising patience and slowly luring it towards the pool is key to success.

Victory and Rewards

Once the shield is broken, defeating the Undying Thrall becomes relatively easy with heavy or special weapons. Taking down this enemy can earn you up to 450 Overthrow points and a chance to spawn an Overthrow chest containing valuable rewards like a Pale Heart Engram.
