What is NYT Connections?

NYT Connections is an engaging word game developed by the New York Times. It tasks players with identifying groups of four items that share a commonality, each group varying in difficulty: green (easy), yellow (moderate), blue (challenging), and purple (very difficult).

Players are allowed up to four mistakes and can potentially deduce the final group through process of elimination. The game offers more complexity than traditional word games like Wordle, often incorporating tricky elements like homophones and word disguises.
