EVO 2024: Marvel vs. Capcom Collection Livestream

This coming weekend marks the highly anticipated EVO 2024 event, and while the list of featured games is already known, there are still some surprises in store.

Capcom’s Marvel vs. Capcom social media account recently revealed that they will be hosting a special “casual community livestream” during the event to showcase the Marvel vs. Capcom Fighting Collection: Arcade Classics. This livestream will be broadcasted on the 19th of July on Capcom USA’s Twitch channel.

The Marvel vs. Capcom Fighting Collection was a surprise announcement during Nintendo’s June Direct showcase. Set to release later this year, the collection will include seven games, along with additional features such as a museum, training modes, online functionality, and more. Fans will also have the option to purchase a physical version of the collection.

Aside from the Marvel vs. Capcom Collection, EVO 2024 will showcase popular titles such as Street Fighter 6, Tekken 8, Guilty Gear Strive, Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising, Under Night In-Birth II Sys: Celes, Mortal Kombat 1, King of Fighters XV, and Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike.
