DOOM Eternal: PC Mod Preview Is Now Available to Join!

Join the DOOM Eternal: PC Mod Preview with Xbox Insiders on Windows PC

Xbox Insiders on Windows PC are encouraged to participate in the DOOM Eternal: PC Mod Preview, offering early access to the new PC mod support feature. To join, players must own DOOM Eternal (BATTLEMODE – PC) or have access through an active Game Pass subscription.

What’s New:

The preview will introduce mod support, allowing Xbox Insiders to easily explore and play community mods in DOOM Eternal. Feedback from players is highly appreciated!

About the Game:

Earth is under siege by Hell’s armies. Take on the role of the Slayer in an epic single-player campaign to battle demons across dimensions and prevent the annihilation of humanity. Remember, the only thing they fear… is you.

Immerse yourself in the intense blend of speed and power in DOOM Eternal, representing the next level in push-forward, first-person combat.

How to Participate:
  1. Launch the Xbox Insider Hub app on Windows PC (or install it from the Store if needed)
  2. Go to Previews > DOOM Eternal – PC Mod Preview
  3. Click on Join
  4. Wait for registration to complete, then go to the Store and install DOOM Eternal (BATTLEMODE – PC)

NOTE: Participation in the DOOM Eternal – PC Mod Preview requires owning DOOM Eternal (BATTLEMODE – PC) or having access through a Game Pass subscription.

NOTE: This playtest is exclusive to Windows PC.

NOTE: If you already have DOOM Eternal (BATTLEMODE – PC) installed, restart your PC after registration to ensure you are prompted to update to the PC Mod Preview version.

NOTE: To revert to the public version of DOOM Eternal (BATTLEMODE – PC), leave the DOOM Eternal – PC Mod Preview via the Xbox Insider Hub to trigger the update reversion.
