Skunkape Games Releases Sam & Max: The Devil’s Playhouse Remaster on Nintendo Switch
Skunkape Games has officially launched the remastered version of the Sam & Max Telltale trilogy’s final episode, Sam & Max: The Devil’s Playhouse, on the Nintendo Switch eShop today.
This new installment in the series offers players the zaniest adventure yet, as Max gains the ability to see into the future with a mysterious toy, attracting attention from intergalactic villains. Can Max handle his expanding psychic powers and protect the Devil’s Toybox?
Initially released in 2010 for PC and PS3, this marks the conclusion of Telltale’s Sam & Max trilogy. Skunkape Games, comprised of former Telltale developers, has meticulously updated this adventure over the years, enhancing lighting, lip-syncing, and adding modern conveniences.
Having enjoyed Skunkape’s previous work on Sam & Max Save the World and Beyond Time and Space, especially the first game, we are delighted to see the culmination of this trilogy after four years.
