Exploring Mammon’s Gulch
Explore the new map, Mammon’s Gulch, which challenges players in a brutal landscape that tests tactical knowledge. With added verticality and numerous vantage points, players can strategically navigate through the terrain for the ultimate advantage.
Investigate 16 unique compounds, from torched towns to oil fields, while facing new threats emerging from the corruption spreading throughout the area.

Hunt: Showdown 1896 introduces an enhanced gameplay experience on Xbox Series X|S, offering 4K visuals and 60 FPS on Xbox Series X, and 2K visuals with 60 FPS on Xbox Series S. The game also fully supports HDR, providing players with a more immersive experience.
Alongside graphical improvements, the UI has been redesigned, and audio and lighting have been enhanced to immerse players further into the world of Hunt.
Encounter the Hellborn
A new Wild Target, the Hellborn, roams the cursed lands, posing a unique threat to players. This creature of fire and flesh launches relentless assaults against hunters, attracting attention from other enemies in the area.
Players must dispatch the Hellborn swiftly before the situation escalates, adding to the intensity of the gameplay.
Join the Scorched Earth Event
With the release of Hunt: Showdown 1896, a new event, Scorched Earth, is introduced. Hunters can participate in this event to earn new equipment, ammo, and weapons, including the 1865 Carbine, Bear Traps, and a Crossbow Deadeye scoped variant.
Additionally, a new Weekly Challenge system and Battle Pass offer players more rewards and challenges to engage with during the event.
