Recruiting Arueshalae in Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous
If you’re looking to add Arueshalae to your team in Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous, this guide will help you navigate the process of solving the Shrine of Desna puzzle in the Lost Chapel.
Unlock the Azata Mythic Path
To recruit Arueshalae early on, you must first unlock the Azata Mythic Path. This can be done by completing the Starward Gaze quest during Act 1 of the game.
Finding Arueshalae
- Approach the cave entrance marker near the Lost Chapel to enter the cave via a glitch.
- Explore the cliffside path near the Lost Chapel’s gates for two Athletics skill checks.
Prepare for a challenging encounter with powerful gargoyles along the cliffside path.
Solving the Shrine of Desna Puzzle
- Retrieve the Small Harp from inside the cave and the Small Sextant dropped by a Kabiri Cultist outside.
- Interact with the Shrine of Desna by placing the Small Harp and Small Sextant inside and following the hand interaction icons in a specific order.
If done correctly, a vision of Arueshalae will appear, and you can proceed with the main quest in the Lost Chapel.
Recruiting Arueshalae
After the vision, make your way to Drezen’s prison, where you’ll find Arueshalae in a cell. Choose the Azata Mythic Path option to recruit her as a companion in your campaign.
Keep in mind that this is the earliest opportunity to recruit Arueshalae, but you can still encounter her at the Greengates location in Act III if you miss this chance. Once she’s on your team, you can focus on recruiting the rest of the companions in Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous.
