XDefiant Is Offering $9 In Virtual Currency Right After Black Ops 6 Beta Ends

Ubisoft’s XDefiant Offering Log-In Rewards for Players

Ubisoft has announced exciting news for players of the free-to-play game XDefiant. Starting September 9, players can earn log-in rewards that amount to $9 in virtual currency for the FPS. This announcement comes right after the conclusion of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6’s second beta weekend.

The official XDefiant account shared that the game will be celebrating the end of Season 1 with daily log-in giveaways. Players who log in to the FPS will receive gifts, starting with 100 XCoins on September 9. The rewards will alternate between weapon and battle-pass boosters and XCoins until September 24, when both types of presents will be available.

XDefiant executive producer, Mark Rubin, expressed gratitude towards the community, stating, “the team and I really want to thank everyone in the community!” Rubin also noted that the team has expanded by bringing on more talented individuals. This comes at an interesting time following recent layoffs at the game’s developer, Ubisoft San Francisco.

Although XDefiant was highly popular upon its release earlier this year on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, it has struggled to maintain its position among the top-10-most-played games on both consoles, with titles like Fortnite and Call of Duty dominating the charts. As Black Ops 6 kicks off its second open beta weekend, XDefiant players can explore the log-in rewards offered by Ubisoft.
