Devil May Cry 5 Multiplayer Board Game Available Now
If you didn’t already know, there’s a Devil May Cry 5 multiplayer game out there, but it’s not on your console or PC – it’s a tabletop experience. Steamforged Games, a well-known board game company, released Devil May Cry: The Bloody Palace a few years back. While the original price was $115, it’s now out of print, but you can still find it at major retailers. Amazon currently has the board game adaptation of Capcom’s demon-hunting series for $43. And if you’re more of a solo player, fear not – The Bloody Palace is designed for solo play as well.
In addition to Devil May Cry, Steamforged has also released board game core sets for Monster Hunter World – Ancient Forest and Wildspire Waste – along with adaptations of the Resident Evil series. These games are all available at a significant discount from their original prices on Amazon.
Devil May Cry: The Blood Palace Board Game
The Devil May Cry board game is designed for both solo and competitive play, based on the fifth mainline entry in the series. It emphasizes speed and style, allowing up to four players to control iconic characters like Dante, Nero, Lady, or V. Players race to execute impressive attack combos and achieve the highest style rank in sessions lasting 60-90 minutes. The game offers a fast-paced arena combat experience against increasingly powerful enemies.
If you enjoy the base game, there are several expansions available. “Alpha and the Omega” lets players face off against Dante’s brother, either in his incomplete Urizen state or his more familiar form. Other expansions like “The Devil Trigger” and “The Walking Arsenal” add new characters, cards, and enemies to enhance the gameplay experience.
DMC: The Bloody Palace Expansions
For those who haven’t played Devil May Cry 5 yet, it’s available at a reasonable price. The special edition includes Vergil as a playable character and is priced at $24 for PS5 on Amazon and $30 for PC on Steam through Fanatical.
“DMC5 thrives on the stylistic and mechanical prowess of its predecessors, leveraging spectacle and mechanical depth to push aside any small frustrations,” said Matt Espineli in GameSpot’s Devil May Cry 5 review.
Capcom Board Game Collection by Steamforged

While Devil May Cry: The Bloody Palace is a competitive board game, Steamforged’s Resident Evil adaptations offer cooperative survival experiences. Amazon has these core sets available for $64-$73, down from the original $115 price from Steamforged. For players who enjoy hunting giant monsters, the Monster Hunter World cooperative board game is another exciting option. Multiple core sets representing iconic locales from the video game are available with discounts from their original prices.
For fans of monster-hunting games, a bundle including complete editions of Monster Hunter World and Monster Hunter Rise is available for $20 on Fanatical until September 14. This bundle includes the base games and massive story expansions for each title, providing a budget-friendly way to enjoy the franchise.
Horizon Zero Dawn: The Board Game
Though not directly related to Capcom, Steamforged has Horizon Zero Dawn: The Board Game, a tactical co-op game based on the popular PlayStation franchise, available for $72 on Amazon (previously $100). Several expansions for players looking to expand their tabletop experience are also available.
