In Welcome to Empyreum, players step into the shoes of newly hired staff members. Their mission? To maintain the cleanliness of this peculiar hotel while working together (or not) to earn favorable reviews from the guests.
Despite their diverse personalities and individual backstories, the four main characters share a common thread: they all experienced a loss upon arriving at the hotel! Tommy finds himself transformed into a humanoid lizard, Miriam struggles with a missing memory of someone significant, Apolo loses his ability to play the piano, and Elisabeth seems to be plagued by a series of unfortunate events – not the ideal way to kick off a new job!

To reclaim their lost possessions, players must progress through the hotel floor by floor until they reach the office of the director, Beatriz, encountering unique challenges in each area.
