How to Construct a Research Institute in Frostpunk 2
Frostpunk 2 introduces a new level of city building, where strategic decision-making is crucial to guiding your city through a postapocalyptic world. One key structure you’ll need to build early on is the Research Institute.
- To begin constructing a Research Institute, you must first have an expanded Housing District.
- Click on the “Construct Buildings” button, located at the bottom right corner of the screen.
- Once the Research Institute is available, click on it to add it to your expanded district.
- If your Housing District hasn’t been expanded yet, look for the symbol of 4 arrows pointing outwards in the selection tab and click on it.
Select the areas you wish to expand into, then click the tickmark icon to confirm your selection.
