  • Once you have completed the above steps, you can proceed to research Prisons to enable their construction in your expanded Housing Districts. Expand the Housing Districts by clicking on the icon with 4 arrows pointing outwards in the district’s pop-up menu to create space for buildings.

Tension may increase slightly, but Crime is significantly reduced. It also unlocks the Conscript Inmates District ability, providing additional Guard Squads while decreasing the Prison’s impact on Crime. This prison also has a capacity for 500 Detainees.

Isolation Prison: Intended for hardened criminals serving their sentences, this facility bears similarities to the Thought-Correction Prison in terms of crime outcomes and District Abilities.
